3. Availability of articles
We have large stocks which allow us to process your order in 7 days maximum. If we are unable to fulfill an order within 7 days, you will be notified by post, email or telephone.
4. Price
Prices indicated in euros are deemed net, excluding shipping costs. They are subject to change at any time without notice. The price is payable in full and in a single payment when ordering. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. For any delivery outside mainland France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs include a contribution to preparation, packaging and postage costs. They are fixed and are calculated according to the country of destination of the order and the quantity of bottles.
6. Payment
You have several payment methods offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay: By bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa card, Eurocard/Mastercard), by indicating either directly in the area provided for this purpose (secure entry using SystemPay), the number of your card without spaces between the numbers, as well as as its expiry date and the last three numbers of the cryptogram (code found on the back of your card, in the space reserved for your signature). You can also pay by bank transfer when validating your basket, the order will be sent upon receipt of the transfer.
7. Delivery
We deliver to your home in France. The average delivery time is 2-3 days for mainland France, but it does not constitute a strict deadline and Domaine Patrick Hudelot cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery. Please note: if you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt and deadlines will be extended accordingly.
8. Right of withdrawal and product conformity
Right of withdrawal In accordance with the law of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption and the directive of October 25, 2011 relating to consumer rights, you benefit from a right of withdrawal which can be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days following the date of receipt of the product, the exercise of this right must be the subject of an unambiguous written declaration via our contact form, at the address contact (at)dph-patrick-hudelot.com or by mail at your expense. From the exercise of this right of withdrawal, you will have 14 (fourteen) days to return, at your expense, the goods (in their original packaging) to the following address: Domaine Patrick Hudelot - 22 rue de Vergy, 21700 Villars-Fontaine.
In return, we undertake to reimburse you for the returned product(s) as well as the standard delivery costs (corresponding to the least expensive delivery method offered) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. It is understood that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the affected products or you have provided us with proof of shipment. Please note: this right of withdrawal only applies if the product is returned to us unopened: your bottles will therefore only be refunded if they are intact and corked.
9. Product Compliance
Items purchased on the Domaine Patrick Hudelot website are guaranteed against any defects. If a bottle is corked, we undertake to exchange it or refund it, provided that it is returned to us at: Domaine Patrick Hudelot - 22 rue de Vergy, 21700 Villars-Fontaine. In this case only, the shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the price invoiced and upon presentation of supporting documents. In the event of a refund for an item paid by credit card, we guarantee that it is made by transfer to your bank account within 24 hours following the date of receipt of the returned package. The visuals presented on the site are subject to modification and can under no circumstances be considered as contractual elements.

11. Transfer of ownership – Transfer of risks
PURSUANT TO THE LAW OF MAY 12, 1980 AND EXPRESS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES, THE SELLER RESERVES OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS PROVIDED UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF THEIR PERFECT PAYMENT BY THE CUSTOMER.
